Football Betting System.
I read this "system" on selectabet.net. Here in quick form is the betting system:
- Pick a team (any team) and stick with it.
- Bet on you selected team to draw. ALWAYS.
- If the bet loses, double your state for the next draw bet.
- Repeat.
Simple as making toast and butter.
The stats tell us that a draw will happen, it could be that your house in on the line when it does, but eventually a draw will come your way.
On the Liverpool FC the question was asked "Longest run of league games without a draw?". It's a stat that seems to be hard to find, hence a keen Liverpool fan asked the question. They say that Chelsea went on a run of 20 matches without a draw, until playing Liverpool which was a draw.
So starting at a £1 stake by game 21 the stake would be £2,097,152 (errr) with the previous 20 losses adding up to £2,097,521 (don't tell the wife). So assuming similar odds to the one above at 3-1, that would be a win of £6,292,563 , plus your state back that would be a return of £8,390,084 minus the lost bets and that's a profit of £6,292,562. Lovely! It's better to select a team that likes to draw, I doubt the nerves or the bank manager could stand it otherwise.
By the way if you are curious about the longest no draw run "Bowie1" on the Liverpool forum says:
"Birmingham City are the unofficial holders of this title. A trip through the annals of time reveales that between December 1892 and September 1894, the Blues played 43 consecutive League games without sharing the points once"
So the stake by the 44th game would have been £17,592,186,044,416. Wowzers!
My Pick for the 2011 - 2012 season is Everton as they are consistently high drawers.
Why Everton?
Over the last 10 seasons Everton have drawn an average of 10.6, last season they had a whopping 15 draws, that’s 15 winning bets and 23 losing bets. Based on a stake of £1 and average odds of 2.5 - 1 I would have made a reasonable £175.5 including my stake back. The longest run they went on without grinding out a draw was five games, so the stake would have gone up to £32 before they drew with Birmingham.
1 - 10 games Disaster! 1 draw in 10 games. The 3rd game against Villa has been the only result. Since then nothing, thanks to bad reffing and a win or lose mentality from Everton. Lads there is nothing wrong with a draw every now and then. The bets are getting dangerously high. Hopefully games 11 - 20 do me a favour.
